Hello All, I want to program DSP56F805 for PMSM, can somebody guide me how to start ? which version of codewarrior is suitable?, I will be using windows7 operating system.

Please use CodeWarrior v8.3 to develop for DSP56F805, which can be downloaded from:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=CW-56800E-DSC

It only supports C and assembly language.

CodeWarrior v8.3 can work on Windows 7. But to support USBTAP debugging on Windows 7, user needs to install the new CCS update, please search 'AN4338' on Freescale's website (www.freescale.com), and follow the instructions in it to install the update.
