If you've got CodeWarrior with that board (I'm assuming that's why you're here), then when it was installed a directory called (CodeWarrior Examples) was made. This directory has some example code you experiment with. Lacking that, go to the Products section of this web site for your particular processor and search for example/demo programs. Also search for app notes--those typically (but not always) come with example code.
