the SPC5515SBVLQ48R and the  MCF52259CAG80R has the same package device so the tape and reel spec are the same I have attached on file SPC5515SBVLQ48R but this works for both 

For the  SPC5515SBVLQ48 and  MCF52259CAG80 are in tray and use the same , so I have attached on the file SPC5515SBVLQ48
