MC9S08DZ60 MSCAN Tq Selection

Hi,

     i am trying to transfer data on CAN Bus using MC33388 Fault tolerant, as i am new to CAN can any one tell me on which basis we should take the number of time quanta(tq) for different time segments in bit timing like SYNC_SEG and PHASE_SEG.

please help me thanks in advance...

Hi Satuluri,  SYSNC_SEG must be 1TQ, and for PHASE_SEG, it is according to specific condtions. I attached one document from BOSCH for your reference, hope it'll be helpful.
