Processor Expert - CAN timing wizard

CodeWarrior crashes when I try to use the CAN timing wizard in processor expert.  

when I click on the ellipses button in the first image, I get the popup in the second image with all the junk characters - and when I click the 'OK' button, CodeWarrior exits completely.  Can somebody please help me solve this?
