U-boot.imx fails when loading zImage with iniramfs created with bitbake for custom board

I have following printout from u-boot.imx when loading zImage with initramfs created with:

bitbake fsl-image-mfgtool-initramfs.


It stops on starting kernel.


U-Boot 2015.07-15022-g0698a38-dirty (Jun 15 2016 - 10:33:50 +0200)


CPU:   Freescale i.MX6D rev1.5 at 792MHz

Reset cause: POR

Board: SABRE Lite

I2C:   ready

DRAM:  1 GiB


SF: Unsupported flash IDs: manuf 01, jedec 0220, ext_jedec 4d00

I stuck now for a week with this problem. I also tried other u-boot options with uImage and other confguration, but also stops on Starting kernel.


I only managed to load partialy filesystem which I created from linux image to ram disk and boot properly device, but with that I can not open mass storage device in mfg tool to execute rest of commands needed to boot from spi flash.


What I am doing wrong?
