In the Rev 10 Datasheet:

I looked through Rev 0 to Rev 9 data sheet but I can't find any differences in the following two tables.

– Table 47, “SDRAM Self-Refresh Cycle Timing Parameters”

– Table 49, “Mobile DDR SDRAM Read Cycle Timing Parameters”

Were there really changes in spec?
