Hello,

can somebody please specify in detail, at which pins of the MPC5674F the serial boot mode is available for eSCI and FlexCAN?

TXDA/RXDA and CNTXA/CNRXA are available at several pins, but I suppose the device will use only one pair each. Is it TXDA_GPIO89/RXDA_GPIO90 for eSCI and CNTXA_TXDA_GPIO83/CNRXA_RXDA_GPIO84 for FlexCAN?

Hi,

you are right. Pins 89 and 90 are used for eSCI, pins 83 and 84 are used for CAN. In other words - if the functions are available at several pins then "primary" pins are used. Notice that this is hard-coded, there's no way to select other pair of pins for serial boot.

Regards,

Lukas
