maximum system clock settings

Hello, I'm looking for the maximum system clock settings on the i.MX RT 1050.

I found the Table 18-4 System Clock Frequency Values in chapter 18 on page 694 in the Reference Manual ( (https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/reference-manual/IMXRT1050RM.pdf ).

It says that the maximum frequenzy for IPG_CLK_ROOT for example is 150MHz. But in the example projects it is set to 300MHz. There is no detail descripton of Table 18-4 in the reference manual. What does that mean?
