Hi,

i have a question regarding the LCDIF General Control2 Register.

We had to modify the OUTSTANDING_REQS bitfield from REQ_2 to REQ_8 in order to avoid screen shifts.

In the RM it says: "This bitfield indicates the maximum number of outstanding transactions that LCDIF should request when it is acting as a bus master."

What does that mean exactly?

What is requested?

How do 2 and 8 outstanding requests differ?

Thanks,

Johann

Hi Johann,

Please also see this thread: https://community.nxp.com/thread/443873

Outstanding transactions refer to data and commands.

Best regards,

Felipe
