i.MX RT1170 Power up sequence

My application uses RT1170 without battery & sleep mode.

Can RT1170 also ignore power up sequence like RT1064?

Is it no problem to turn on/off all power rail(SNVS_IN, NVCC_XX, etc.) at the same timing?
