i.MX RT1170 ITO value

Hi 

I'm designing a board with RT1170 and checking register setting about SDRAM.

I'm not sure what value I should set for SDRAMCR2[ITO].

Is the purpose of ITO only for power saving? What should I consider when I set ITO?

Hi @Eugene3 ,

  To the ITO, it is the SDRAM idle timeout, you can refer to this information:

make sure it is <tRAS max is OK.
