RT1020 Errata link points to rev1 instead of rev2

Hi,

If you go to the webpage "i.MX RT1020 Crossover MCU with Arm® Cortex®-M7 core", the Errata section says that the latest revision is Rev 2. The link takes you to Rev 1. I know that Rev 2 exists as I have it, but the link needs to be fixed please.
