Maximum ADC Sample Rate

We are evaluating the i.MX RT 1024 for an application that requires sampling the 12-bit ADC @ 5 mega samples per second and deliver the data to memory using the EDMA. 

What is the maximum ADC sample rate of the i.MX RT 1024?

Can the EDAM be used to deliver the samples to RAM?

The ADC in i.MXRT10xx and i.MXRTxxx supports 12-bit resolution, 1MS/s sampling rate.

The ADC in i.MXRT11xx supports 12-bit resolution, 4.2MS/s sampling rate.
