On table 10-48 of the reference manual, I see that the max clock frequency for serial RAM is dependent on the chip. However, in other documentation I see that the max clock frequency for the FlexSPI peripheral is 166 MHz.
We are planning to use a HyperRAM chip that has a max clock frequency of 250 MHz. Will this clock speed by obtainable through FlexSPI, does the 166 MHz boundary only apply to Flash?
