I.mx1020 based resources?

I am working on imx1020 for number plate recognition security system. Any resources on this, so that I can get familiar with the imx1020 family till board arrives.

Also any suggestions  on complex project which I can built with imx 1020 which I can present in my CV in future?

From the perspective of performance, the i.MX RT 1020 is able to be used in the number plate recognition security system.
About a similar solution or project demo, there are some neural network demos in the SDK library, these demos demonstrate the i.MX RT can implements classification work, hope they're helpful to you.
