Failed to run Glow compiler on windows

I got an error when I followed the user guideline to try to run Glow Compiler to compile the mnist example on windows7. I don't known how to handle this fault. Are there anyone can give me some suggestions? How about this compiler run on your computer? Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

Sorry, as I know, the eIQ Glow AOT Windows Installer Guide has not been released until now, so I don't have some approach to fix the issue actually, maybe you can try other OS for the testing as below post shows.
