Are you really sure only except i.MX6ULZ withou CAAM? And do you mean the "Advanced Security" column in the table you mentioned above is CAAM?
But the Table 1 "Changes of i.MX 6ULL with respect to the i.MX 6UL" say Security-CAAM-removed at https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN5350.pdf page 3.
