Whether the IMX6 DualLite processor MCIMX6U7CVM08AC and iMX6

SOLO processor MCIMX6S7CVM08AC are same package, footprint and same pin-list. We want to use both the processors in a single prototype board for Software requirements proof of concept.

Hi,

The i.MX6 DualLite and Solo shares practically all, including the datasheet:

http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/data-sheets/IMX6SDLIEC.pdf

Therefore, you could design the hardware and software for any of the two and it should work in both, just considering the performance difference due to the missing core on the Solo.
