i want to change the Dram size and frequency

i have to change the Dram frequency and ram size of imx8mplus lpddr4 evk.

custom board has 2 gb memory . 

which one  i have  consider to  configure the RPA tool based on datasheet or custom board .

the above is details of DRAM datasheet.

could any explain how to configure of RPA tool 

i configure the rpa like above , is this correct or wrong.

i want memory size 2gb but if i follow datasheet , it becomes 8 gb. please help me out
