i.MX8MP write a bootable SDK bin file to QSPI/XIP

In "Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for EVK-MIMX8MP.pdf", directions to write a bin file to QSPI say

Why is the <address> parameter to "sf write" 0x480000000 and not 0x80000000?  Is the 4 simply a typo?
