i.MX7D with 256MB QSPI Flash

Is it possible to use a 256MB QSPI-Flash (Macronix MX66L2G45G) with i.MX7D, or ist there a 128MB limit?

There should be no problem on choosing a 256MB memory, the max. is 2Gb.
