Hello community,

I had a quick look at MCUexpresso, as this seems to be the only/most supported IDE by NXP (regarding sample code etc). Unfortunately the MX7D is not mentioned in the "supported devices" list.

There must be some way to program the MX7 in bare metal.

May MCUexpresso be used to program the MX7's Cortex-M4? May it be used to program the Cortex-A7?
Using only NXP-tools, is it possible to built an MX7 based system without linux?

Regards,
Lars
