The Table 10 of the i.MX6Solo/DualLite Data Sheet document defines the maximum current consumption on either USB_OTG_VBUS or USB_H1_VBUS rails as 25mA.

Thank you for your reply, but maximum current consumption is not the one we want to know.

We want to know the leakage when USB OTG does not work.
