i.MX6DL Automotie Lifetime estimatiion at 996MHz

Hi all

I'm finding a lifetime estimation data for i.MX6DL automotive grade at 996MHz.

Because my customer plant to use MCIMX6U6AVM10AC.

I have checked section 1.1.3 of AN4725 but there're no data for ARM core speed at 996MHz.

On the other hand, I found a similar data in section 1.1.2 of AN4724.

So I guess that NXP also has the data for i.MX6DL.

Could you provide me the data for i.MX6DL automotive for 996MHz ?

(*Reference values are acceptable, so please provide them.)
