adding LTE modem via UART [iMX7Dual]

I need to configure IMX7D to support LTE modem via UART interface. Anyone done this or is it already supported and only need to reconfigure from default PCIe (I guess that this are default if your red the specification) to UART?

usually modem porting guidelines are provided by
modem vendor and it may be specific for every modem model,
recommended to apply to support of that modem for porting
examples.
