Where is the DDR3 calibration code that is excerpted in AN4466?

I'd like to get the DDR calibration values for our new board.

App note AN4466 shows an excerpt from some code, but it's not complete.

Is there a ready-to-go code example that I could add to my hacked version of OBDS that runs from internal RAM only to get these values?

Did you ever get an answer for this?  What did you do?  I'm at the same point and wanting to test the DDR3 calibration.
