I checked the following tab but can't find it.

i.MX 6ULL Applications Processor | Arm Cortex-A7|NXP 

Could someone provide me a IBIS model for i.MX6ULL with DDR3L ?

The IBIS model for i.MX6ULL is not public, here you can create  Support Requests in our website Support|NXP . I can send it to you in our internal system.
