What is the maximum input voltage for VLDO34, in MC32PF3000A2EP?

In reference to What is the maximum input voltage for VLDO34, in MC32PF3000A2EP  

Currently we have connected as per Warp reference design. In Warp design, you have connected PMIC_PWR to VLDO34IN. Also, PMIC_PWR is ORed with VBAT. In this case PMIC_PWR will get >3.6V at full charge right? Will this damage the PMIC pin? Should we follow the datasheet or the reference design? Please refer the Warp schematic.

it is necessary to follow the datasheet. Please note that sometimes

designs are developed when datasheets are not fully validated using some

preliminary data.
