What are the i.MX28 LRADC Accuracy specifications?

Are there any specifications or characterization of the accuracy (DNL, INL, offset error, gain error, etc) for the i.MX28 LRADC?

Hi Igor,

The document you quote above states that the main reason for the relatively low accuracy of the LRADC (1.3%) is the bandgap reference and it can be calibrated using fuses. However I have read in another post that this calibration mechanism is actually not available. Is that true?

Also, I can't find any other specification about the LRADC such as linearity, acuracy performance (inluding accuracy and linearity) over temperature etc... Are these available? Where could I find them?

I was looking in the data sheet.  Didn't think to look in the RM for those specs.
