Using the DDR Stress Tester for the i.MX6SL Evk

I was trying to run the Stress Tester as per i.MX6 DDR Stress tester user guide but so far I have had little luck.

After changing the directory to "Binary"  I threw in the "DDR_ Stress_Tester -t mx6x -df mx6x_ddr_script_filename" command
("DDR_ Stress_Tester -t mx6x -df MX6SL_MMDC_LPDDR2_register_programming_aid_v0.9.inc" in this case).

At this point I assumed that I would be prompted with DDR configuration setting splash... but I get this instead

I know that the on board LPDDR2 changed from a Samsung device to a Micron device, but it doesn't explain why the stress tester won't work at all.

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks i.mx community!

Please check if "MX6SL_MMDC_LPDDR2_register_programming_aid_v0.9.inc" is just
a text file and it is located in current directory. Copy it from
\Binary\scripts\MX6_series_boards\MX6SL_Megrez_boards

Have a great day,
Yuri
