Our customer have a question about i.MX6DQ POR.
They want to know the spec of rise time to i.MX6DQ POR_B input signal.
First, in foot note 3 of Table 22 in datasheet (IMX6DQCEC Rev.4).
It says Monotonic input transition time is from 0.1 ns to 1 s.
And second, in Table 27 "Input Transition Times, trm, max 25ns".
Which spec is applied to POR_B?
Actually, our customer found the transition time of the reset signal from MMPF0100 is 0.2ms (tR4 in Table 11 MMPF0100 datasheet).
If "max 25 ns" is applied to POR_B, we worry MMPF0100 reset signal cannot satisfy the spec.

Hello,
Strictly speaking, i.MX6 POR rising / failing timings are not specified,
and this means - there is no rise time requirement for POR.
GPIO parameters in the Datasheet should not be applied to open drain
POR signals.
