What is the correct RAM size of i.MX 8QuadMax MEK?

I confirmed that i.MX 8QuadXPlus MEK has 3 GB LPDDR4,

but it is not clear for i.MX 8QuadMax MEK.

From here: https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/fact-sheet/i.MX8QuadMaxMEKFS.pdf 

it says "3 GB LPDDR4 memory, x32", but it doesn't seem right.

Could you please tell us the correct RAM size of i.MX 8QuadMax MEK?
