TEMPMON accuracy without RTC XTAL

We intend to use the i.MX6 Dual without the RTC crystal, yet I see that TEMPMON takes the 32KHz clock as input. Will the ring oscillator wide frequency tolerance lead to inaccurate die temperature readings?

no ring oscillator will not introduce additional inaccuracies.

BTW operation without crystal is not recommended due to ERR007926.
