Hi all,

Let me confirm about designing LPDDR4.

Is it necessary to design considering the package wiring length of LPDDR4 memory ?

Hello,

  According to i.MX8M (m/n) Hardware Developer’s Guide(s):
When performing the required delay matching for LPDDR4/DDR4 routing, the bond wires within the
i.MX 8M  package need to be accounted for and included in the match calculation.

Regards,
Yuri.

@Yuri

Thank you for quick reply.

How about the internal delay of LPDDR4 package ?

Do we need to consider it ?
