Hi all

I want to know a minimum value of internal Pull-up/Pull-down resistance for GPIO.

I thought I can find from "GPIO DC Parameters" tabel in IMX6SDLAEC.pdf, but I can't figure out.

For example, what does mean about following table ?

1. Yes, you are right, the minimum pull-up resistor value is 22kOhm.

2. Vin=0 and Vin=OVDD represent the logic Low and logic High signal levels on the input.

Best Regards,

Artur

The value and direction of a pull-up/pull-down resistor for each pad can be selected in the IOMUX Controller module in the corresponding IOMUXC_SW_PAD_CTL_PAD_xxx register. Typically, for each pad a 100kOhm pull-up or 100kOhm pull-down or 47kOhm pull-up or 22kOhm pull-up can be slected. For more information, please refer to the "IOMUX Controller" chapter of the Reference Manual document.

Have a great day,
Artur

Hi Artur

Thank you for your reply.

I know I can select the pull-up/pull-down resistor value by IOMUXC_SW_PAD_CTL_PAD_xxx.

Also I know the each values.

I can select 100kOhm, 47kOhm and 22kOhm.

In other words, the minimum value resistance is 22KOhm.

Is it correct ?

And I have one more question about that table.

There are two test conditions that are Vin=0V and Vin=OVDD.

I can't understand an intention of that.

Why are there two test conditions ?
