Mic with default audio codec(wm8960) on IMX8M Plus EVK

Hello,

We are trying to record Audio in IMX8M Plus EVK in android using default "Sound Recorder" application. We have connected headset with IMX8MP EVK. We are able to listen in headset but recording is not working. There is no sound while recording audio.

Could you please help us with commands? It would be good if you can provide commands for Linux as well.

Sound recorder uses the default sound card0 - imxaudiomicfil, which requires hardware in https://www.nxp.com/part/8MIC-RPI-MX8#/.

The 3.5mm jack goes into the sound card3 - wm8960audio.
