MX7D ddr stress test fail

Hi,

      

I use this tool to test MX7D.The calibration can be tested success.But when I click the stress test,it will report error.

How I can solve this problem.Is it due to a mistake in my .ds file?

Hello,

  Check carefully memory parameters settings in the init (.ds) script. 

Results of calibration should be inserted in the script.
