did you flash the images to the nor flash by Jtag? I need to know how your operation steps, did you use your own design board? could you confirm if your HW design is total fine? pls share more detailed steps and your board information as you could
Before that, i have one doubt i am taking very fresh board(No programming board). Shall i do the first time program for NOR flash with JTAG connector debugger without serial downloader and without SD card.
if your board doesn't have sd card interface and usb port, you can use Jtag to download images, if your board is fresh and without any images, you need flash by yourself before you start it, you can refer to the document as below
