Dear Sir,

our customer used i.MX7D design and want to run IBIS model by 1.35V DDR3L.

But we can't find 1.35v_DDR3L.odt

Could you help check and provide it?

Thanks a lot,

Hello,

Section 6 (IBIS model) of Hardware Development Guide for i.MX7  describes

i.MX7 models.  Customers, for example, can use the following ones:

*1p8v_ddr3l_odt*  - DDR3L with ODT, NVCC IO Voltage of 1.8V

*_3p3v_ddr3l_odt* - DDR3L with ODT, NVCC IO Voltage of 3.3V

Have a great day,
Yuri
