we are developing bare metal for the CortexM4 of MIMX8MM6 and want to use the QSPIA port to transfer data directly to an extenral FPGA.
Therefore the MIMX8MM6 processor reference manual (IMX8MMRM, Rev. 2, 08/2019) tells to enable the IPG clock. In the SDK r2.8 I found the enum kCLOCK_RootIpg in the fsl_clock.h, but no clock_rootmux_ipg_clk_sel_t for use in CLOCK_SetRootMux(). kCLOCK_RootIpg points to &(CCM)->ROOT[33].TARGET_ROOT which is excluded in the processor reference manual.
Could you help me with further information, please?
