We are using the IMX8MQ chip and want to achieve dual screen display through the HDMI interface and MIPI interface. We would like to inquire if the HDMI interface still supports 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, and the MIPI interface supports 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz when using both HDMI and MIPI simultaneously? And how to configure the implementation?
Hello,
It is supported on the BSP both display MIPI and hdmi, Please see the quick user guide. Our bsp support single hdmi, single mipi, dual hdmi&mipi and dual hdmi. The MIPI-DSI TO HDMI just convert DSI data, you can use hdmi+mipi. Its same setting.

Hello,
there was another question on the forum that we wanted to know if there are any usage restrictions on the HDMI interface of the imx8mq chip (instead of the im8qm); For example, when using both HDMI and MIPI interfaces simultaneously, HDMI can only output maximum output 4K@30HZ . Below is the link to the previous question. Could you please help confirm it? Thank you very much!
