Hi everyone. 

Currently i am designing a system which consist of i.MX 8M Mini or Nano and DDR3L(512MBx2). 

How i can get design files(SCH/PCB) or some guidelines for  i.MX 8M Mini and nano(Not UltraLite).
(high probability will choose Nano. But, if possible, I want both Mini and Nano files).
