IMX28 2.6.35.3 unexpected shutdown

Hi All, 

where can i get patches of 

5837              Setting the ENABLE_DCDC bit in the HW_POWER_DCDC4P2 or HW_POWER_5VCTRL registers can result in false brownout Detection

The problem is when ever i insert USB wifi module, i am seeing a drop in VDD causes device to shut down , so i was suspecting the 5837 patch should , which i am not sure

i didnt find the patch

Following is the log

5837 should be included in linux sources

i.MX28 Software and Development Tool Resources | NXP 

for example one can look at

rpm/BUILD/imx-bootlets-src-10.12.01/power_prep/power_prep.c

it has got 5837 patch  --- this was my assumption, but the test kernel has this

but still what could be the reason for following
