Hi all,
We use IMX6SLEVK. Linux Host driver built with fsl-community-bsp. Distro is framebuffer. We want to use PCIe slot and tried different PCI slot in kernel configuration combinations.
lspci is not showing any devices.
Please tell us the required kernel config.
Thanks
Hi venkatesh
for kernel configurations one can look on
i.MX6Q PCIe EP/RC Validation System
and linux documentation (Linux Manual, PCIe Chapter) on i.MX Software | NXP
may be useful to check
IMX6Q: Linux boot halts at PCIe config space read

Hi venkatesh
fsl-community-bsp is not supported by nxp, please try nxp official linux
from source.codeaurora.org/external/imx/linux-imx repository:
linux-imx - i.MX Linux kernel
Linux Documentation

Hi igor,
I have attached the logs of yocto build with imx-yocto-bsp only in the previous reply and i forgot to mention that , Please look into that and let me know.
Thanks,
venkatesh
imx6slevk_kernel_log.zip log is empty. Please rebuild all from scratch
and attach full log, including uboot and kernel, without cuttings.

Hi venkatesh
I am very sorry that first did not notice that, but i.MX6SL has not PCIe module.
EVK has MINI PCI EXPRESS connector but only usb signals are used for
attaching modem. May be useful to look at i.MX comparison table

Yes. We are using Qualcomm card. It is currently inserted into MINI-PCIe slot.
Unfortunately we don't have any other card.
Thanks
