We design PCB Pad for i.MX6DL.
According to the data sheet for i.MX6DL, Ball width is Min:φ0.44/Typ:φ0.5/Max:φ0.65.
However, in the data sheet for i.MX6Q, Ball width is φ0.5+/-0.05.
Is the Ball width tolerance for i.MX6DL rigth?

It seems that tolerance on the Max side is very big.
I suspect that it is Max:φ0.55 not φ0.65.
Would you check it once again?
