for a project I want to use on-chip debugging on my imx93 (EVK). For setting up the Coresight Access Library and accessing the tracing capabilities I need the addresses for the components like ETM, ETR, ETF,... Unfortunately I cannot find them in the official documentation. Also, I am not sure if I have to set the system in a debugging state before or how I would do that. As a sidenote: I want to do the tracing in the secure world of trustzone, do I need to do any additional configuration for that?
