Can the iMX7D use 64MB LPDDR2

Hello sir:

I want to use iMX7D (MCIMAX7D5EVM10SD) and 64MB (512Mbits) LPDDR2, but I know from the iMX7D manual that only 512MB to 2GB LPDDR2 density is supported. so can I use a 64MB LPDDR2 for iMX7D?

one can check if memory parameters fit to conditions described in 

Table 9-1. DDRC feature summary :

Column size of 8-12 bits
Row size of 11-16 bits
