Hi,
I am using kernel version 4.1.18 for ARM processor 32bit.
The kernel reside and boots up from eMMC.
After about 10 reboot Consequently
I get the following error
fdt: not creating '/sys/firmware/fdt': CRC check failed
Waiting for root device /dev/mmcblk0p2...
What does this error mean? And how do I resolve this issue.
Any help and suggestion would greatly be appreciated.
Thank you
Nihar
Hello Nihar,
This command is used for deployment a NFS file system using TFTP connection. Do you use a Network File system?
Is there problem if booting from the SD card is used?
Regards
Hello,
I tried the same test in the SD card and it has not failed. It works all the time.
With eMMC Linux boot 90% of the time. When Linux fails it hangs at "Waiting for root device /dev/mmcblk0p2...". U-boot is always successful.
