Booting U-boot on i.MX6 Solo X from QSPI on SABRE-SD

Is there a documented procedure on how to modify the U-boot to allow it to be booted from QSPI flash on the SABRE-SD? All examples, including AN5127, seem to only boot U-boot from the SD-card. I would like to U-boot to be resident and boot from QSPI flash. Please advise as to how this is accomplished.
